When you seek care at OrthoExpress, our staff will provide you with a follow-up appointment to meet with one of OrthoMiami’s specialists before you leave our office.

If you need emergency orthopedic care outside of OrthoExpress’ business hours or if you experience a true emergency, you should call 911 or seek immediate care at the closest hospital emergency department.

For non-orthopedic injuries or more serious trauma such as major dislocations, you should seek treatment at a hospital emergency room.

You can simply walk in and be seen during our hours of operation. Our state-of-the-art centers are fully equipped with the best digital imaging equipment, durable medical devices, and everything needed to accurately diagnose and treat your orthopedic injury.

OrthoExpress treats injuries like fractures, sprains, minor dislocations, and sports-related injuries. For non-orthopedic injuries or more serious trauma such as major dislocations, you should seek immediate treatment at a hospital emergency room.

OrthoExpress is an immediate care center that specializes in treating orthopedic injuries only. Our care center eliminates long wait times and high co-pays.

PRICING 

Most insurances are accepted, however as we are a walk-in orthopedic urgent care center, we will not accept those which require preauthorization or referrals. In those cases, you are welcome to make an appointment for a regular office visit with the use of your private insurance or self-pay.

Our Bundled OrthoExpress (OX) Packages include a medical history, physical exam, x-rays of the affected body part, and a plan of care. The cost is $350 for each major body part (Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hand, Hip, Knee, Ankle, Foot), $375 for spine problems (Neck and Back), and $125 for each additional body part.

We offer a-la-cart rates for X-rays, Physical Therapy, injections, aspirations, bracing/DME, splinting, casting, PRP, and Stem Cells.

Special rates are available for Needle Arthroscopy as well as for ortho biologics such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, BMAC, and Stem Cells.

Needle Arthroscopy  – New technology that allows us to directly see the inside of most joints without the use of general anesthesia. Only local anesthesia/numbing of the body part is required. In many situations it allows us to make a diagnosis without the use of an MRI. Ideal for those who are claustrophobic and for those who are physically unable to undergo an MRI secondary to having certain implants.
